Dr Ross and the team at The Alexandra have been amazing during this experience. In the build up to my surgery I was very anxious and had lots of questions; Dr Ross always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease, meeting with me on several different occasions. This made me feel totally at ease with him and I knew he understood exactly what I hoped for. The facilities were also brilliant at the hospital. My room and ensuite were lovely and the staff made me feel at home and very comfortable. I am really pleased with the outcome - I can't thank the team enough!

My whole experience for my breast augmentation from my first consultation to my 6 week consultation has been flawless and I have enjoyed every single minute! I could not recommend Dr Ross or the nurses/staff any more. No question was too much and believe me I asked all kinds of ridiculous questions! If you called and they were unable to answer the phone you would get a call back within minutes from a nurse - this meant the aftercare was phenomenal for me as they were never too far away and I live over an hour away.
My result is better than I could have expected - I absolutely love my boobs! They are so natural and following the recommendations of Dr Ross they are perfect for my height and size.
My overnight stay in hospital was so enjoyable and they all take such good care of you. The food is also lovely which helps.
Every member of staff including the anaesthetist especially did what they could to settle any nerves or questions and made drifting off into a nice sleep the best feeling ever - then waking up feeling so relaxed!
All in all can't recommend Dr Ross and his team enough.

Really pleased with the results of my breast augmentation. Mr Ross gave me all the information I needed and more prior to the procedure. I felt totally save and in good hands the whole time with Mr Ross and all his team and can't thank them enough. Actually really enjoyed the whole experience, easy recovery and would most definitely recommend.

5 months after arm lift surgery. Scars are still visible and daily massage is still needed. Although to some extent this is disappointing it's exactly what I had been told to expect. Very happy with the overall appearance when scars are not seen.

Amazing is all I can say. My tummy is the flatest it has been in years. I no longer have a shelf and I can wear tight fitting dresses which I never thought I would have been able to again. It has suppressed all my expectations. Thank you to the amazing team and Mr Ross.
